Get help when you cannot open the app

Check Shopify access and permissions, resolve billing approval issues, and contact support outside the app.

Open Bulk Price Editor from the correct store's Shopify admin. The app uses your Shopify session; there is no separate Platmart login or theme setup.

If you cannot open the app, email [email protected]. You do not need access to the in-app chat to get help.

Check the store and app access

Confirm that you are signed in to the Shopify store where Bulk Price Editor is installed. If you use a staff account, ask the store owner to check that your account has access to this app.

If Shopify asks you to approve required app permissions, review and approve them to continue. The app needs product access for prices, inventory access for cost per item, and market access for market pricing. If permissions were removed, reopen the app and grant them again.

If access still fails, send support the details listed below. Avoid uninstalling as a troubleshooting shortcut: uninstalling does not restore prices and can pause work in progress.

Billing approval

Choosing a paid plan opens a Shopify approval screen. Until you approve the subscription, the new paid plan is not active. Free is available without approving a paid subscription.

If Shopify approval keeps returning to the same screen, or paid access is missing after you approved a charge, contact support with the message and approval details. If you still have paid time remaining after reinstalling, ask support to check missing access before approving another charge.

What to include

  • Your store's myshopify.com address.

  • The exact error message and where it appears.

  • A screenshot, if available, and the approximate time the problem started.

  • Whether the problem began after installation, reinstalling, a permission change or billing approval.

  • The title of an affected task or sale, especially if prices are wrong or restoration was interrupted.

If you reinstalled after an interruption, access alone does not resume a paused task or sale. Follow check paused work. If your goal is to undo a price change, follow restore prices after a task or sale.
