Change your plan or stop paid renewal

Change billing plans, switch to Free, and understand paid access after cancellation or reinstalling.

To stop renewing your paid subscription while keeping Bulk Price Editor installed, switch to Free in Billing. Switching plans does not delete your task or sale history and does not undo price changes.

Switch to Free

  1. Open Billing in Bulk Price Editor.

  2. Choose Free.

  3. Review the date when Free limits will take effect.

  4. Confirm Switch to Free.

Your paid Shopify subscription's renewal is canceled, and you keep paid access until the current paid period ends. Free limits then apply: one task and two sales per calendar month, with up to 100 products per task or sale. If there is no paid time remaining, Free takes effect immediately.

A sale already running is not ended by switching plans. It continues and restores its recorded prices at its end time. A sale with no end date still needs to be disabled when you want to end it.

Choose another paid plan

  1. Open Billing.

  2. Select the plan and monthly or yearly billing option you want.

  3. Review and approve the subscription in Shopify.

  4. Return to the app and check the plan shown in Billing.

Selecting a paid plan without completing Shopify's approval does not activate it. Review the price, billing interval and any trial shown on the approval screen.

If you reinstalled the app

Reinstalling does not renew a canceled subscription. If paid time remains, you can keep using that plan until its paid period ends. Otherwise, choose a plan in Billing, including Free.

If paid time remains but access is unexpectedly missing, contact support with the plan and message shown in Billing before approving another charge.

Reinstalling also does not automatically resume paused tasks or sales. Check their status before continuing them.

Uninstalling is different from switching plans: it leaves Shopify prices unchanged and starts the app's data-retention period. If you plan to uninstall, restore active changes first.

Unexpected charges or refund requests

Contact support through the app with your store URL and the charge date and amount. If you share an invoice image, include the relevant app charge rather than unrelated payment details.

Canceling renewal is separate from reviewing an existing charge or requesting a refund. Support needs to check the charge; cancellation alone does not confirm a refund.
