Product capacity and picker limits are different

The plan's product limit applies to each task or sale, not to the total number of products in your Shopify store.

The manual picker can select up to 100 products or 100 collections. That is separate from your plan's capacity. For a larger group, use a collection, tags or Whole store, while keeping the intended exclusions. See choose which products and variants to change.

Automatic re-apply has a separate limit of 10,000 price changes per task or sale. A Premium operation's larger product allowance does not remove that limit.

Why deleting a Free task does not free a slot

Free counts tasks and sales created during the current calendar month, including deleted and archived ones. Rolling back or deleting a task does not return its monthly slot.

The counter resets at the start of the next month in US Central time. Sale start and end times use your Shopify store timezone, which can be different.

If you need another task before the reset, choose an eligible paid plan. If an operation reports that its product limit was reached, check its selected product count and your effective plan before trying to resume it.

Trials and plan access

A trial is available only when offered for your store. Check the trial information in Billing and on Shopify's approval screen before accepting a paid subscription. Do not assume that every paid plan includes a trial.

If a feature or limit differs from the plan shown in Billing, contact support with the plan name and the message you see. A store-specific billing or access issue needs an account check.
