Bulk edit prices for B2B wholesale catalogs

Use the "B2B Catalog Prices" to update your wholesale catalog prices in bulk. To use this feature, you need to have set up catalog pricing on your Shopify admin (Products > Catalog).

In the example below, we have used the "B2B Catalog Prices" to update wholesale "prices" and "compare at prices" of the Location B Wholesale price by $10.

Bulk updating B2B catalog prices

Change type

First, select the "B2B catalog prices" type. Then, select the B2B catalog you want to update. If you're not seeing your catalogs, click on the "Reload catalogs" button to load all your catalogs. Select the catalog you want to update and move on to the next option.

Price

You can make the following actions with catalog price:

Don't change price - skip price changes for this task
Increase price - increase existing price by percent or amount
Decrease price - decrease existing price by percent or amount
Set new price - override existing price with new value
Set to compare at price - restore the original price before discount
Reset fixed prices - removes existing fixed prices and compare at prices for the market

Compare at price

Due to Shopify API limitation compare at price field can be edited only with price.

You can take the following actions with compare at price:

Don't change compare at price - skip compare at price changes for this task
Increase compare at price - increase existing compare at price by percent or amount
Decrease compare at price - decrease existing compare at price by percent or amount
Set new compare at price - override existing compare at price with new value
Set to price - sets compare at price to old price (use it to set discounted price)
Reset compare at price - removes compare at price value

Apply to

You can apply the B2B price updates to the whole store or a specific collection, products, or products with variants.

Exclude

Use the "Exclude" option to specify the product or collection you don't want to apply the B2B price update.
